Delivery of your order

We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 4:30PM. For all orders confirm after 4:30PM, we will arrange to deliver on the next day. 



Our flowers are wrapped or arranged carefully to ensure they arrive as beautiful and as fresh as when they left us. However, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit.


Please note that certain flowers and filters may be seasonal and therefore have limited availability. May Wishes reserves the right to replace components of the product with equivalents that are more expensive.


Delivery policy


  1. Flower deliveries can be done on Mondays to Sundays.
  2. Timed deliveries are not available.
  3. Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, May Wishes cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the courier service that we use or anything else outside of  May Wishes's control.
  4. In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us via phone. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 1 days of the scheduled delivery date in order. 
  5. May Wishes only delivers within Malaysia.
  6. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
  7. If you change address, you must update your address details on the "My Account" section of the website to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done by 12PM one (1) day before the intended delivery day. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.
  8. We are unable to accommodate requests for time specific deliveries for free deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. In case, you shouls pay for Express Delivery RM80.
  9. We provided door to door service deliveries. If our riders unable to contact to recipient, they will just leave it at the shipping address.


  • Wrapping, bear, cake, decoration, packaging/vase and fillers may vary. May Wishes reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on season and availability.
  • Goods sold are neither Returnable nor Refunable.
  • For all cancellation order, we will only do the refund payment for 50%.​ Non refundable on all orders if the flower already done.
  • We do not take responsibility for failed or delayed delivery due to any of the following reasons:

-  Nobody is available to accept the delivery at the specified location and time

-  The address provided for shipping is not correct

-  The sender did not provide sufficient information about the recipient

-  The number on file for the recipient is not valid

-  Authorities issue Typhoon Signal Number 8 or higher
